Water Aerobics is a low to no-impact exercise class for participants of all ages. This workout promotes endurance as well as muscle toning. Each session contains six 1-hour long classes, or you may drop-in on a class. Session dates will be posted at individual pools. Register at your individual pool for sessions or individual classes.
$36 per session or $10 per drop-in class.
Payment is due on the day of the class or you may prepay at the pool in your community.
