Head and Assistant Swim Team Coaches
We are looking for head and assistant swim team coaches for our 8-week summer programs at the various Splash-managed pools in Fort Collins. Teach kids how to work together, become better swimmers, and cheer each other on. If you have previous coaching experience or want to be an assistant team coach, apply here!
Job Requirements for Head Swim Team Coach:
- Current CPR and 1st Aid Certification
- Previous coaching experience
- Personal swim team experience
- Coaching Certification (recommended)
- Safety Training for Coaches (recommended)
Required Hours:
- 15-25 hours per week
Job Requirements for Assistant Swim Team Coach:
- Current CPR and 1st Aid Certification
- Personal swim team experience

Individual Pool Manager
Looking for a full-time gig this summer? Apply to be one of our pool managers! You will get to oversee one of our outdoor pools in Fort Collins and work with the aquatics coordinator to keep all things related to the pool running smoothly. If you are great at communicating, have lifeguard experience, and have certification for lifeguard training, CPR, and First Aid, apply here!
Job Requirements:
- Current Lifeguard Training, CPR and 1st Aid Certification
- Lifeguard Instructor Certification (recommended)
- Lifeguarding experience
- Superb communication skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Must own a computer and have access to the internet
Required Hours:
- Minimum of 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
Head, Permanent, and Substitute Lifeguards
Calling all lifeguards! We are on the lookout for head, permanent, and substitute lifeguards. If your passion is making sure everyone is safe and having fun while soaking up the sun, this could be for you!
Job Requirements for Head Lifeguard:
- Current Lifeguard Training, CPR and 1st Aid Certification
- Lifeguarding experience
- Superb communication skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Must own a computer and have access to the internet
Required Hours:
- 35-40 hours per week
Job Requirements for Permanent and Substitute Lifeguard:
- Current Lifeguard Training, CPR and 1st Aid Certification
- Superb communication skills
Required Hours:
- Minimum of 25 hours per week (substitute lifeguard hours are flexible)
Pool Maintenance Technician
We’re also on the lookout for pool maintenance technicians to help keep our wonderful pool services in Fort Collins running smoothly all summer long!
Job Requirements:
- Own and insure a reliable vehicle
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Available from April 5-October 1
Required Hours:
- 25-40 hours per week
