Swim Lesson Instructor
Instructors provide both group and private swimming lessons in accordance with the Splash Water Wise Program.
Job Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Water Wise Swimming Lessons certification or equivalent certification
- training can be provided
- Current CPR and 1st Aid Certification
- training can be provided
- Experience working with children
- Swimming competency

Aquatics Coordinator
An aquatics coordinator performs administrative, supervisory and professional work in the operation of all pools managed by Splash.
Job Requirements:
- Current Lifeguard Training Certification
- Current Lifeguard Instructor Certification – preferred
- Swimming pool management experience
- College Education
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Required Hours:
- Minimum of 40 hours per week, includes nights and weekends
Individual Pool Manager
An individual pool manager oversees the operations of one individual pool.
Job Requirements:
- Current Lifeguard Training Certification
- Lifeguarding experience
- Superb communication skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma
Required Hours:
- Minimum of 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
Head Lifeguard
Assists the individual pool manager in overseeing the pool’s daily operations.
Job Requirements:
- Current Lifeguard Training Certification
- Lifeguarding experience
- Superb communication skills
Required Hours:
- 35-40 hours per week
Lifeguard
Full or part time lifeguard position.
Job Requirements:
- Current Lifeguard Training, CPR and 1st Aid Certification
- Training can be provided
Required Hours:
- Minimum of 20 hours per week
Head Swim Team Coach
The head coach is responsible for organizing and coaching a swim team at one Splash-managed pool.
Job Requirements:
- Current CPR and 1st Aid Certification
- Previous coaching experience
- Personal swim team experience
- Coaching Certification (recommended)
- Safety Training for Coaches (recommended)
Required Hours:
- 15-25 hours per week
Assistant Swim Team Coach
This role provides assistance to the head coach in running day to-day operations of the swim team.
Job Requirements:
- Current CPR and 1st Aid Certification
- Personal swim team experience
Required Hours:
- 15-25 hours per week
Pool Maintenance Technician
This technician provides routine maintenance of various swimming pools throughout northern Colorado. Services to perform include balancing water chemistry, pool and facility cleaning, equipment maintenance and service, facility safety checks and compliance with state regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Own and insure a reliable vehicle
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Training will be provided
Required Hours:
- 25-40 hours per week
