Level Descriptions

This is the first class children can take without mom or dad in the water with them.  They must be at least 3 years old to enter the class.

Classes run for 25 minutes Monday-Friday the first week of the session and Monday-Thursday the second week of the session.  We leave the last Friday of each session open for a full class makeup in case of a full class cancellation due to weather, a swim meet, or other pool closure.

Children will begin to learn how to stay safe in the water on their own (this does not take the place of active guardian supervision!).

This class builds on the knowledge learned in level 1 and requires swimmers to be able to perform each of those skills independently. Classes run for 25 minutes Monday-Friday the first week of the session and Monday-Thursday the second week of the session. We leave the last Friday of each session open for a full class make-up in case of a full class cancellation due to weather, a swim meet, or other pool closure.

Swimmers will move from the foundations of swimming into learning the individual strokes in the following 3 levels. Classes run for 25 minutes Monday-Friday the first week of the session and Monday-Thursday the second week of the session. We leave the last Friday of each session open for a full class make-up in case of a full class cancellation due to weather, a swim meet, or other pool closure.

Swimmers are continuing to master each stroke and to create endurance when swimming.
